Education evaluation :

           Education and Experience evaluation of candidates is done meticulously. The

           preferred Minimum education requirement is a BS/MS degree. Candidates

           without a degree are also considered, but then experience criteria is used for

           their evaluation.

Experience evaluation :

           Candidates are required to have at least 5 years of professional experience

           in IT. Candidates with a bachelors or a masters degree should have 3-5 years

           of experience. Preferred Experience with fortune 500 companies

Testing :

           Each qualified candidate has to take a technical test for his / her respective field

          and skill set. We have the most sophisticated web based technical testing for

          each candidate.

Professional and Communication Skills :

           We test the candidate for his professional and communication skills. We recruit

            candidates with a over all developed personality and /or train them for the same.
